CONTINUE PAYMENT OF SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES AFFECTED BY COVID-19
On August 11, 2022, the National Assembly Standing Committee issues the Resolution No. 24/2022/UBTVQH15 on continuing the payment of support for employees under the National Assembly Standing Committee's Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021.
Accordingly, an amount equivalent to VND 1,155 billion from the balance of the Unemployment Insurance Fund shall be used to pay for employees eligible for support under Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021, who have submitted dossiers on schedule.
Time limit for completing the payment of support for employees is September 10, 2022. Funding for support payment specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall be settled in the fiscal year 2022.
The Government shall implement the payment on schedule, and report the implementation of Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 and this Resolution at the meeting in September 2022 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
This Resolution takes effect on the date of adoption.
