General documents required for copyright registration
Copyrights Owner is an author/co-author
1. O3 works, the information about the publication, time for publication;
2. POA to ENCO from authors/co-authors (with certified signatures by local authorities or personnel management administrations);
3. Notarized copy of identity card of authors/co-authors;
4. Full name, pseudonym (if any), address, telephone number, fax number of authors/co-authors;
Copyrights Owner is not an author/co-author (organizations, companies)
1. POA to ENCO from authors/co-authors (with certified signatures by local authorities or personnel management administrations);
2. Deed of assignment from the authors/co-authors to organizations, companies (with certified signatures) or certified document proving the right to apply e. g. certified copy of labor contract, if the applicant is not the author;
3. O3 works, the information about the publication, time for publication;
4. 01 copy of Business Registration Certificate
5. Full name, pseudonym (if any), address, telephone number, fax number of authors/co-authors;
6. Copy of identity card of authors/co-authors (If the copy isn’t notarized, it must be enclosed with the original identity card to examine );
7. Commitment of the author.
