ASSIGNMENT OF WORKS OF THE MINISTER AND DEPUTY MINISTERS OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgates the Decision No. 476/QD-LDTBXH regarding the assignment of works of the Minister and Deputy Ministers on April 20, 2021.
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs shall lead, direct, manage and administer all aspects of activities of the Ministry and of the Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs sector in accordance with the functions, tasks and powers of the Ministry; provide direct directions in the following fields: Developing institutions, policies, strategies, master plans and plans, National Target Programs and the Ministry’s programs and targets; Providing directions on the protection of internal politics, etc.
The Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung shall assist the Minister in directing the fields of vocational education and universities under the Ministry; Office work; Party – Union work; the project management boards under the Ministry and monitor associations and non-governmental organizations operating in the fields within the scope and responsibility of the Ministry.
The Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha shall assist the Minister in directing the fields of children; gender equality; journalism; training and retraining of cadres, civil servants and public employees; keep track of associations, non-governmental organizations operating in the fields within the scope and responsibility of the Ministry, etc.
The Decision takes effect on the signing date.
