UNDER-16 SEAT PASSENGER CARS SHALL BE IMPORTED THROUGH SEAPORTS ONLY

The Ministry of Industry and Trade issues the Circular No. 06/2019/TT-BCT on prescribing border gates of import of under-16 seat passenger cars on March 25, 2019.

Accordingly, under-16 seat passenger cars may be imported in Vietnam only through seaport border gates,

including Quang Ninh (Cai Lan), Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

This Circular takes effect on May 8, 2019.
