ALL WORKERS WORKING IN THE SAME FACTORY WITH A F0 SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS F1
The Official Dispatch No. 3836/CV-BCD on strengthening prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic in production and business establishments and industrial parks is issued on May 10, 2021 by the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.
Accordingly, tracing and determining close contacts (F1), those in contact with F1 (F2) in production and business establishments through work shift management, cameras installed in public areas, canteens, resting places between work shifts, etc. for timely quarantine and testing are required. All workers working in the same factory with a F0 shall be considered as F1.
Besides, it is requested to urgently detect, make a list and notify immediately to provinces and cities the list of relevant workers in other provinces and cities for timely quarantine, tracing and zoning. At the same time, provinces and cities are required to guide production and business establishments, industrial parks to carry out medical separation and establish a temporary quarantine room upon having any suspected case; to guide production and business establishments to use quick-hand antiseptic preparations and surface antiseptic preparations as defined.
