APPROVE A DRAFT RESOLUTION ON PILOTING SPECIAL POLICIES FOR KHANH HOA’S DEVELOPMENT
The Resolution No. 51/NQ-CP on the proposal for elaboration of a resolution and a draft resolution of the National Assembly on pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province is promulgated by the Government on April 08, 2022.
Specifically, the Government agrees to the proposal for elaboration of a resolution; and approves contents of a draft resolution and a draft report of the Government on the National Assembly’s Resolution on pilot implementation of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province at the request of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
The Minister of Justice is assigned, as authorized by the Prime Minister, to sign on behalf of the Government its report to the National Assembly Standing Committee on proposed addition of the National Assembly’s Resolution on pilot implementation of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province to the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program; and to submit a draft resolution to the National Assembly at its third session (to be held in May 2022) according to the fast-track order and procedures for consideration and adoption at a session.
The Minister of Planning and Investment shall sign on behalf of the Government its report on the National Assembly’s draft resolution on pilot implementation of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province before submitting it to the National Assembly Standing Committee and National Assembly for consideration and adoption at its third session (to be held in May, 2022).
