ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION INFORMATION MUST BE COMPARED AND SUPPLEMENTED WITHIN 90 DAYS
On March 16, 2021, the Ministry of Planning and Investment issues the Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHDT providing guidance on enterprise registration.
Accordingly, enterprises must compare, supplement, update information and feedback to the business registration division within 90 days from the date on which the notice on reviewing enterprise registration information, legal status of enterprises is sent by the business registration division. On the other hand, enterprises shall take responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of information sent to the business registration division.
Besides, the Circular also stipulates that the Business Registration Supporting Center is competent to provide all enterprises’ information stored in the national information system on enterprise registration; the business registration division is competent to provide information about enterprises stored in the National Enterprise Registration Database under its local management. Charge rate for information provision shall comply with the law.
This Circular takes effect on May 01, 2021.
