FROM JANUARY 22 TO THE END OF 2021, TO SUSPEND TEMPORARY IMPORT FOR RE-EXPORT OF MEDICAL MASKS

The Ministry of Industry and Trade issues the Circular No. 44/2020/TT-BCT on the suspension of temporary import for re-export of medical masks, medical gloves and anti-epidemic isolation suits on December 07, 2020.

To be specific: The list of medical masks, medical gloves and anti-epidemic isolation suits to be suspended from temporary import for re-export includes: medical gloves (HS codes: 3926.20.90; 4015.11.00 and 4015.19.00); anti-epidemic isolation suits (including clothing, goggles, masks, cap, gloves, shoes) with HS code: 6210.10.90; medical masks with HS codes: 6307.90.40; 7307.90.90.

This Circular takes effect from January 22, 2021, through December 31, 2021.
