SUSPEND TEMPORARY IMPORT FOR RE-EXPORT OF SOME GOODS FROM MARCH 15 TO DECEMBER 31
On January 28, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issues the Circular No. 03/2022/TT-BCT on the suspension of temporary import for re-export of medical masks, medical gloves and anti-epidemic isolation suits.
Specifically, to suspend the temporary import for re-export of medical masks, medical gloves and anti-epidemic isolation suits, including the following HS codes: 392602090 – Medical gloves, 40151100 – Medical gloves, 62101090 - Anti-epidemic isolation suits (including clothes, glasses, medical masks, protective helmets, gloves and shoes), etc.
This Circular takes effect from March 15, 2022, through December 31, 2022.
