Can we register list of goods/services for trademark application which those does not include in business registration field?
Yes. The list of goods/services in the trademark registration depends on the applicant. The business fields is only for reference. The applicant may apply for goods/services which intend to operate in the future and may not include in the Business Registration.
Is this compulsory for the list of goods/services in the trademark application is the same as those in business certificate registration in Vietnam?
Not compulsory.
The list of goods/services for trademark registration should concentrate on main fields which the organization are operating.
