ANNUALLY PUBLICIZE THE DISSEMINATION SCHEDULE OF STATE STATISTICAL INFORMATION
On June 4, 2013, the Prime Minister signed the Decision No. 34/2013/QD-TTg promulgating policy of disseminating the State Statistical Information
Accordingly, the State statistical information (Product of statistical operation conducted by the State statistics organizations, including statistical data and documents analyzing that data) announced must be disseminated timely, sufficiently, objectively and transparently.
Specifically, the statistics organizations under the system of State Statistics Organizations and other agencies and organizations disseminating the State statistical information are responsible for: Proactively specifying demand and quantity of the State statistical information disseminated in conformity with groups of users; completing the system of State statistical information products in a diversified, synchronized and standardized way; annually formulating and publicizing the dissemination schedule of state statistical information within their responsibility with all basis information as follows: Content of information and essential products of statistical information to be disseminated; time and form of dissemination; unit in charge of dissemination.
Besides, the General Statistics Office (The Ministry of Planning and Investment) shall be responsible for disseminating statistical information prescribed in the system of national statistical criteria and system of statistical criteria of provincial, district and communal levels; the Consumption Price Index (CPI) on 24th day of the month; growth of Gross Domestic Products (GDP), quantity of unemployed persons and the unemployment rate; quantity of underemployed persons and the underemployment rate on a quarter basis according to the estimated data on the 26th day of the last month of a quarter and the preliminary data on the 26th day of the last month of next quarter…
In this Decision, the dissemination of the statistical information under list of State secrets and of those in association with specific name or address of organizations or individuals without agreement is strictly prohibited.
This Decision takes effect on August 1, 2013.
