Trademark Filing in Vietnam:
Vietnam adopts the International Classification of Goods and Services under the Nice Agreement IX. Each trademark application can be applied for one or more than one class of goods/services. Each trademark application can be applied for one trademark only.
* Required information:
- Full name, address and nationality of the applicant;
- Specimen of the mark. If the mark contains foreign characters, it must be translated into Vietnamese;
- List of goods/services to be covered by the trademark and if possible, the class of the respective goods/services according to the International Classification under the IX Nice Agreement (if known);
* Required documents:
- A POA from the applicant to ENCO ;
- Copy of Business Registration Certificate /Investment Certificate (as to Vietnamese clients);
- 15 specimens of the mark (the size is not smaller than 15mm x 15mm and not larger than 80mm x 80mm);
A certified copy of priority documents and English translation, if any (It must be filed within 01 month after filing application.
