Trademark Search in Vietnam

-  Trademark search is conducted to find out the mark identical with or similar to the applied-for trademark for identical or similar goods/ services. Trademark search is carried out based on the national and international trademark databases including trademark applications and registrations. We will provide the client with appropriate advice on the registrability and the use of the mark.

-  ENCO are also capable to conduct searches for the use/ non-use of marks in Vietnam in support of filing request for cancellation of registered trademark on non-use ground, or filing response against such cancellation.
